Key Roles & Responsibilities

As a Relationship Manager at NoBroker, you will guide premium customers across their real estate journeys, managing transactions completely via inside channels:

  • Business Development: Proactively identify real estate business opportunities, analyze customer prospects, and convert qualified marketplace leads.
  • Relationship Management: Act as a dedicated advisor for property owners and seekers, recommending tailored platform solutions and closing high-value subscription models.
  • Outbound Outreach: Initiate structured outbound calls leveraging internal lead engines, managing both fresh registrations and historical database follow-ups daily.
  • Revenue Operations: Focus heavily on hitting monthly business targets, driving client satisfaction, and generating predictable company revenue.

Eligibility Criteria & Skill Framework

To clear the initial communication and logical evaluation rounds, ensure you fit the following baseline criteria:

  • Education: Open to Any Undergraduate or Post Graduate degree holder (BBA, MBA, B.Tech, B.Com, B.Sc, B.A., etc.).
  • Language Requirements (Mandatory): Perfect fluency in verbal English combined with absolute fluency in either Hindi or Kannada is mandatory. (Conversational fluency in Tamil or Telugu is an added advantage).
  • Technical Comfort: Solid hands-on proficiency with MS Office tools, specifically Excel and Word, for daily lead tracking.
  • Work Matrix: Adaptable to a standard 9-hour operational shift (scheduled between 10:00 AM and 7:00 PM). The role operates on a 6-day work week with a rotational weekly off on weekdays.
