Stipend Structure & Financial Benefits
Scholar Trainees do not receive a standard salary but are awarded a progressive monthly stipend over their 4-year tenure, supplemented by a significant entry bonus:
1st Year: ₹15,000 + ₹488 (ESI) per month
2nd Year: ₹17,000 + ₹553 (ESI) per month
3rd Year: ₹19,000 + ₹618 (ESI) per month
4th Year: ₹23,000 per month
Joining Cash Bonus:₹75,000 credited directly alongside your first month’s stipend.
⚠️ Training Agreement Note: Selected candidates will sign a 60-month training agreement. If an employee exits prior to completing this timeline, a service agreement amount of ₹75,000 applies on a pro-rata basis.
