Junior Manager (165 Vacancies): ₹34,500/- PM. Requires B.E / B.Tech / Graduation with MBA / PG Diploma / M.A. in relevant streams (Mechanical, Electronics, Electrical, HR, Metallurgy, Finance).
Assistant Manager (04 Vacancies): ₹45,000/- PM. Requires B.E / B.Tech / MBA / Company Secretary (ICSI) status.
Deputy Manager (33 Vacancies): ₹55,500/- PM. Requires B.E / B.Tech / MBA or Post Graduate Degree.
Senior Manager (02 Vacancies): ₹76,500/- PM. Requires a Degree in Science / B.E / B.Tech / MCA with relevant industry experience.
Consultant / Management Experts: Salaries scale up to ₹1,29,000/- for specialized professional tracks matching technical criteria.
Age Limit & Relaxation Rules
For Junior Technician, Junior Manager, Assistant Manager & Deputy Manager: Maximum age must not exceed 30 Years.
For Senior Manager, DGM, AGM & Consultants: Maximum age cap is up to 65 Years.
Government Age Relaxations:
SC / ST Candidates: Up to 5 Years relaxation.
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer) Candidates: Up to 3 Years relaxation.
PwBD Categories: 10 to 15 Years relaxation based on community status.
