Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Associate at Codingal, you will serve as the primary relationship anchor for global parents and instructors:
Omnichannel Engagement: Deliver a premium, seamless support experience to users interacting across live chat, email, and direct voice calls.
Technical Support Coordination: Act as the first line of troubleshooting to resolve basic technical issues encountered by parents and teachers on the learning platform.
Escalation Management: Take ownership of complex customer service tickets and systematically resolve them within established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Operational Scheduling: Efficiently schedule, reschedule, and manage live student-teacher classroom bookings.
Retention Excellence: Build high-trust customer relationships to optimize user satisfaction and long-term customer retention.
