As a Remote Support Engineer II, you will help transform how electrical systems and building performances are monitored globally:
Asset Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Remotely monitor connected client assets, interpret system alarms, and deliver technical troubleshooting and corrective solutions.
Predictive Analytics: Run advanced predictive data analytics to enhance equipment reliability, optimize building performance, and prevent critical system failures.
Technical Consulting: Conduct detailed site data analysis, baseline benchmarking, and provide actionable engineering recommendations to clients.
Data Visualization: Create clear, impactful data visualizations and dashboards to communicate system health, efficiency metrics, and performance to customers.
