Key Responsibilities & Shift Deliverables
As an Inbound Process Assistant, you will serve as a floor leader guiding daily fulfillment operations and standing in for the Area Manager when required:
Daily Shift Management: Handle the administrative management of warehouse associates, including daily job allocation and floor deployment.
Productivity & Safety Mentorship: Monitor and mentor floor associates on standard work practices, output quality, operational productivity, and safety protocols.
Problem-Solving & Queue Audits: Track inventory status counts, clear problem-solve queues, and ensure incoming packages are processed without delay.
Audits & Workplace Organization: Conduct daily 4M (Man, Machine, Material, Method) and 5S (Sort, Set in order, Shine, Standardize, Sustain) audits across workstations.
Shift Quality & Development: Prepare and implement training and development plans for floor associates while managing shift-level action plans.
Eligibility & Candidate Profile
Basic Qualifications
Education: High School diploma (10+2) or equivalent qualification.
Software Skills:1+ years of hands-on experience using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Preferred Skills & Competencies
Strong leadership, floor management, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to drive operational metrics, handle conflict resolution, and maintain shift discipline in high-volume logistics environments.
Proficiency in using MS Excel for tracking metrics, roster planning, and floor audits.
