Core Roles & Responsibilities
Selected IT Support Analysts will manage production stability and system health across the APAC footprint:
L0/L1 Application & Infra Monitoring: Closely monitor system health, background jobs, applications, and automated alerts to respond instantly according to strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
24×7 Incident Management: Collaborate with global infrastructure, development, and support teams to troubleshoot incidents, resolve operational bottlenecks, and restore services.
Regional Customer Communication: Serve as the central communication point for clients and internal stakeholders, particularly during non-business hours and production outages.
Maintenance & Deployment Support: Assist during live production deployments, scheduled maintenance windows, system updates, and change management implementations.
BCP & DR Operations: Actively participate in new client onboarding programs, Disaster Recovery (DR) exercises, and Business Continuity Planning (BCP) drills.
Process Documentation: Maintain a comprehensive issue resolution handbook, track recurring errors, and recommend automated monitoring improvements.

Technical Support Aptitude: Practical exposure or strong foundational understanding of L0/L1 IT infrastructure, application workflows, and incident monitoring.
Shift Readiness: Absolute flexibility to work across a 24×7 rotational shift roster, including early morning, late night, and regional business hours (Hong Kong / Philippines / Australia time zones).
Overtime Readiness: Willingness to provide extended coverage during critical production outages, bandwidth constraints, or scheduled releases.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal English communication to manage international client updates, technical documentation, and cross-border incident updates.
