As a MyHR Live Support Advisor, you will serve as the primary human resources contact for Amazon employees, job applicants, and candidates globally:
Real-Time Contact Resolution: Handle high-volume inbound live calls and chats, resolving HR inquiries regarding time-off, employee relocations, offboarding, employment verification, benefits, bereavement, and compensation.
Knowledge Base Utilization: Leverage standard operating procedures (SOPs), FAQs, and internal policy documentation to deliver accurate first-contact resolutions (FCR).
Empathetic HR Service: Deliver personalized, high-judgment support for sensitive employee situations while maintaining strict confidentiality and adherence to corporate compliance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal HR operations, payroll, and benefits teams to resolve escalations and recommend process improvements.
