As a Process Assistant in the AMXL 3P Fulfillment Network, your core daily responsibilities include:
Operations Management: Maintain smooth floor operations and flow across responsible 3P fulfillment sites in the region.
Vendor & Partner Collaboration: Act as the primary liaison bridging communication between internal Amazon teams and third-party (3P) logistics partner teams.
Defect Reduction & Process Improvement: Analyze operational data, recommend process tweaks, and pilot efficiency improvements to elevate customer delivery metrics.
Supply Chain Execution: Support inventory planning, warehouse management, transportation, and customer return workflows to meet Amazon’s operational standards.
Eligibility Criteria & Desired Profile
