NMDC Steel Limited, a premier Public Sector Enterprise under the Ministry of Steel, Government of India, has officially released a recruitment notification (Advertisement No. 05/2026) for the post of Executive Trainee.
A total of 102 vacancies are available across various disciplines. Candidates holding relevant qualifications such as B.E/B.Tech, MBA, MCA, CA/ICWA, or PG Degrees are eligible to apply online.

Candidates must possess a relevant degree or professional qualification from a recognized university or institute:
Engineering Disciplines: B.E. / B.Tech degree in the concerned branch.

Selection Process
The selection of candidates for the Executive Trainee role will be conducted through three stages:
Computer Based Test (CBT): Subject-specific and aptitude assessment.
Group Discussion (GD): Evaluation of communication and team dynamics.
Personal Interview: Final evaluation of domain knowledge and suitability.
Pay Scale and Benefits
Selected candidates will be placed in the Executive Trainee grade with an initial basic pay scale:
Pay Scale: ₹60,000 – ₹1,80,000 per month.
Allowances: In addition to basic pay, selected candidates are eligible for Dearness Allowance (DA), House Rent Allowance (HRA) / Company Accommodation, Medical Benefits, and other perks as per company rules.
