The position is based full-time at Accenture’s Bengaluru facility.
As a Customer Service New Associate within the Healthcare Claims team, candidates will support end-to-end administration of health claims and digital transformation in healthcare operations. Core duties include:
Healthcare Claims Administration: Assisting in core claim processing, registering claims, editing, verification, claims evaluation, examination, and litigation support.
Healthcare Operations Support: Supporting administration activities for hospitals, outpatient clinics, and healthcare facilities including quality assurance and patient services support.
Process Execution: Solving routine operational problems using standard procedures and general guidelines under team supervision.
Shift Flexibility: Operational readiness to work in rotational shifts based on business requirements.
Skill Requirements & Candidate Profile
Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
Experience: 0 to 1 year of professional or relevant operational exposure.
