Eligibility Criteria
1. Educational Qualification
Degree: Full-time regular B.E. / B.Tech / B.Sc. (Engineering) degree from a recognized University or AICTE-approved institution in the relevant discipline.
SC / ST / PwBD Candidates: Minimum 60% aggregate marks.
Final Year Students: Candidates currently in their final year/semester of engineering are also eligible to apply, provided they fulfill the aggregate percentage requirement.
2. Age Limit (As on August 14, 2026)
General / EWS: Maximum 28 years
Upper Age Relaxations:
OBC (Non-Creamy Layer): 3 years (up to 31 years)
SC / ST Candidates: 5 years (up to 33 years)
PwBD Candidates: 10 to 15 years relaxation
Compensation & Career Progression
52-Week Training Period: Selected candidates will undergo 52 weeks of structured training. During training, trainees will receive a stipend with a basic pay of ₹50,000 per month plus Variable Dearness Allowance and Canteen Allowance.
Upon Absorption: On successful completion of training, candidates will be absorbed as Engineers in Grade-II in the pay scale of ₹50,000 – ₹1,60,000 along with DA, HRA, Performance Related Pay (PRP), medical benefits, and PF.

Selection Process
The selection process consists of two competitive stages:
Online Computer-Based Test (CBT): Covers General Awareness (20 questions), English & Reasoning (40 questions), and Discipline-Specific Technical Knowledge (100 questions).
Personal Interview: Shortlisted candidates based on CBT scores will be called for a personal interview.
