Job Profile & Key Responsibilities

1. Core Role & Responsibilities

• Lease Data Abstraction: Extract critical operational and financial data from commercial lease agreements and populate it into client software systems.
• Multilingual Document Analysis: Analyze and translate multilingual real estate agreements and contracts from native languages to common working languages.
• Financial Data Verification: Review complex lease structures, financial metrics, tax calculations, insurance entries, and Common Area Maintenance (CAM) expense recoveries.
• Quality & SLA Compliance: Ensure strict accuracy and attention to detail while maintaining required daily processing targets.

2. Candidate Eligibility & Skill Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Open strictly to 2026 Passed Out graduates in Arts, Science & Commerce streams (B.Com, BA, BCA, B.Sc, BBM, BBA).
• Work Experience: 0 Years / Freshers.
• Mandatory Skills: Exceptional written English communication, analytical thinking, high attention to detail, and sound logical reasoning.
