- Work Schedule: Operate on a standard corporate work schedule featuring Fixed Saturday and Sunday Offs.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Desired Profile
- Educational Qualification: Any Graduate in any stream.
- Work Experience: 0 to 3 Years (Freshers with excellent English communication skills as well as candidates with prior inbound call experience are encouraged to apply).
- Communication Skills: Candidates must demonstrate strong spoken English, correct grammar, sound sentence construction, and clear pronunciation.

3. Remuneration & Benefits
