Job Profile & Key Responsibilities

1. Core Role & Responsibilities

• Accounts Receivable (AR) Management: Call US insurance providers to follow up on unpaid, pending, or denied healthcare claims.
• Claim Resolution: Utilize RCM software tools to determine claim status and initiate appropriate actions (payment processing, corrected claim resubmission, appeals, or patient transfers).
• Denial Analysis: Identify and report denial patterns, credentialing obstacles, and claim submission errors to team leadership.
• Documentation & SLA Compliance: Maintain detailed, coherent records of call outcomes in the medical billing system while adhering to daily production and quality metrics.

2. Candidate Eligibility & Required Skills

• Work Experience: 0 Years (Freshers only).
• Batch Eligibility: 2026 passed-out graduates.
• Eligible Degrees: Non-engineering graduates including B.Com, BBA, BA, BCA, and B.Sc (Physics, Chemistry, Computer Science, Maths).
• Non-Eligible Streams: Diploma holders, B.E., B.Tech, M.E., and M.Tech graduates are not eligible.
• Key Skills: Strong verbal and written English communication skills, good logical reasoning, analytical ability, and comfort with night shift operations.
