Roles & Responsibilities
As a Quality Operations Executive at ShareChat, you will manage day-to-day content safety standards and platform vendor quality. Key duties include:
- Performance & Quality Assurance: Conducting regular performance checks across POD domains and operationalizing quality assurance frameworks for offshore and in-house teams.
- Content Moderation & Safety: Ensuring high standards of platform content quality, safety, and user experience across 15+ regional language ecosystems.
- Vendor & Training Management: Coordinating with partner vendors for quality calibrations, policy updates, and team training sessions.
- Grievance Redressal: Resolving user grievances via tools like Intercom while maintaining strict Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Turnaround Times (TATs).
Detailed Eligibility Criteria & Skills Required
- Educational Qualification: Graduation in any discipline from a recognized university.
- Experience Required: 0 to 1 year of experience in managing quality processes. Prior exposure to content moderation is preferred, but Freshers are welcome to apply.
- Language Proficiency: Strong written and spoken fluency in Tamil and Hindi, along with business-level English communication.
- Technical Skills: Basic to advanced knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets and MS Word / Google Docs.
