Key Roles & Responsibilities
As an ASSR Onboarding Specialist, candidates will act as the primary point of contact between Amazon India (Amazon.in) and 3rd-party sellers:
Seller Onboarding: Assisting new merchants through the registration workflow, setting up their virtual storefront (“Apni Dukan”), and listing products to bring accounts live.
Merchant Operations: Providing operational support via phone and email while adhering strictly to internal Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Seller Education: Training seller partners on marketplace dashboard tools, inventory management, and performance metrics.
Process Enhancement: Identifying systemic issues, drafting internal process documentation, and liaising with internal teams (Payments, Merchant Investigations, Customer Service) to resolve merchant escalations.
Detailed Eligibility & Skill Requirements
Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (B.A, B.Sc, B.Com, B.B.A, B.E / B.Tech, etc.).
Language Proficiency: Strong professional communication skills in both English and Hindi.
Technical Savviness: Basic computer knowledge, internet tools, and proficiency in MS Excel.
Operational Readiness: Willingness to work in a 24/7 operational environment with flexible rotational shifts and weekends.
Core Competencies: Time management, logical reasoning, data interpretation, and a strong customer-first problem-solving mindset.
