Insurance Claim Follow-Up: Monitor accounts receivable (AR) and make calls to US insurance companies to track pending claims and follow up on outstanding receivables.
Issue Resolution: Obtain claim status updates, identify reasons for unpaid claims, and ensure resolution following standard operating procedures.
Process Training: Selected candidates will undergo comprehensive training upon joining to learn medical billing and healthcare operations.
2. Candidate Eligibility Criteria
Work Experience:0 Years (Freshers only).
Educational Qualification:Any Graduate in any discipline.
Communication Skills: Excellent spoken English and verbal communication skills.
Technical Skills: Basic computer knowledge and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Joining Availability: Immediate joiners preferred who are comfortable working full-time night shifts.
