Resolution & Tracking: Obtain claim status updates, identify reasons for delays or rejections, and log accurate call details into the billing system.
Structured Training: Selected candidates will undergo structured operational and healthcare process training upon joining.
2. Candidate Eligibility & Focus Groups
Work Experience:0 Years (Freshers & Career Returnees).
Special Preference: Prefers women candidates and women returning to work after a career/maternity break.
