Payer Communication: Initiate direct phone calls with US healthcare insurance companies (payers) to follow up on outstanding, delayed, or denied medical claims.
Claims Resolution: Resolve payment discrepancies, identify claim denial reasons, and facilitate timely and accurate reimbursement for healthcare providers.
Voice Process: Execute voice-based AR operations adhering to US healthcare operational standards and protocols.
2. Candidate Eligibility Criteria
Work Experience:0 to 2 Years (Freshers and immediate joiners are highly preferred).
Educational Qualification: Any Graduate / Any Postgraduate (Graduation is mandatory).
