District Employment and Career Guidance Centre, Thoothukudi has announced its monthly Micro Job Fair (சிறிய அளவிலான தனியார் துறை வேலைவாய்ப்பு முகாம்) for August 2026.

Organized under the Tamil Nadu Private Jobs initiative, this recruitment drive is scheduled for Friday, 14th August 2026, at Korampallam, Thoothukudi. The job fair aims to connect unemployed youth across southern Tamil Nadu with top private sector employers, offering instant interviews and spot job offers for candidates qualified in 10th, 12th, ITI, Diploma, B.E/B.Tech, Any Degree, Driver, and Computer Courses.

Eligibility & Qualification Requirements

Candidates across Thoothukudi, Tirunelveli, Tenkasi, and surrounding districts with the following qualifications are eligible:

• School Level: 10th Pass / Fail, 12th Pass / Fail.
• Vocational & Technical: ITI (All Trades), Diploma (Mechanical, EEE, ECE, Civil, CS, etc.).
• Engineering & Degree: B.E / B.Tech (All Streams), Arts, Science, Commerce, B.C.A, B.B.A, etc.
• Specialized / Skill Qualifications: Valid Commercial Driving License holders (Drivers), Computer Application/Tally/DTP trained candidates.
• Target Profile: Freshers, experienced professionals, and unplaced graduates.

Key Highlights & Important Guidelines

• Direct Interviews & Spot Offers: Employers will evaluate candidates on-site and distribute offer letters on the same day.
