Key Roles & Responsibilities
As an Analyst at Wipro, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Transaction & Process Management: Handle client transactions according to defined process standards and quality guidelines while adhering to SLAs.
Customer & Client Support: Field incoming help requests, queries, and tickets via phone and email in a professional manner.
Investment Banking Support: Manage Middle & Back Office operations for investment banking clients.
Issue Diagnosis & Escalation: Troubleshoot client issues step-by-step, maintain knowledge bases, and escalate critical issues to Team Leaders when required.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
Mandatory Skill: Strong foundational knowledge or experience in Investment Banking (Middle & Back Office).
Education: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
Technical Skills: Basic understanding of CRM tracking software, MS Office, and product troubleshooting.
