Key Roles & Responsibilities
As an Analyst at Wipro, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Transaction & Process Management: Handle client transactions according to defined process standards and quality guidelines while adhering to SLAs.
- Customer & Client Support: Field incoming help requests, queries, and tickets via phone and email in a professional manner.

Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications

- Education: Graduate in Commerce, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related fields.
- Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Basic understanding of CRM tracking software, MS Office, and product troubleshooting.
