Post-Wise Eligibility Criteria

1. Age Limit (As of July 31, 2026)

• Age Bracket: 25 to 35 Years for all Domain Expert positions.

2. Educational Qualification & Experience

• Fisheries / Aquaculture Management:
  • Master’s degree (M.F.Sc / M.Sc) in Fisheries, Aquaculture, Zoology, Marine Science, Agriculture, or allied fields with 3 years of relevant experience. OR
  • Relevant Bachelor’s degree (B.F.Sc / B.Sc) with 5 years of relevant experience.
• Value Chain Expert:
  • Post-graduate degree in relevant discipline with 3 years experience. OR
  • Graduate degree with 5 years experience in post-harvest management, value chain development, and marketing.
• Social Mobilization Expert:
  • MSW or Master’s degree in Social Science, Rural Management/Development, or Rural Studies with 3 years experience. OR
  • BSW / Bachelor’s degree in social sciences with 5 years experience.
• Accountant:
  • B.Com degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant accounting and financial management experience.
• Information Technology (IT / MIS):
  • MCA / M.Tech in Computer Science / Master’s in IT with 3 years experience. OR
  • BCA / B.Tech (CS) / Diploma in IT with 5 years experience.

Selection Process

The selection of candidates for TAFCOFED Domain Expert roles will be conducted through:

1. Shortlisting of Applications (Based on qualifications & relevant experience)
2. Personal Interview & Skill Assessment
