Job Role & Responsibilities
As a Telesales Officer at BankBazaar, you will be part of the core sales operations team promoting personal finance solutions.
Key Duties:
- Make outbound calls to customers to promote and sell credit cards and loan products.
- Handle 200 to 300 calls daily while explaining product features, eligibility criteria, and benefits.
- Understand customer needs and assist them in filling out digital application forms.
- Perform basic KYC verification and process customer details accurately.
- Achieve and exceed daily sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Salary Structure & Career Progression
BankBazaar offers a structured, performance-based appraisal roadmap:
- Initial Salary (Months 0–3): ₹18,000/month (₹15,000 Fixed + ₹1,500 DBT + ₹1,500 Special Incentives) + Performance Incentives
- After 3 Months (Performance-Based): ₹19,500/month + Performance Incentives
- After 9 Months (Performance-Based): ₹2.75 LPA + Incentives + Medical Insurance + Gratuity + Promotion Opportunities
Work Timings & Schedule:
- Initial Stage: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM | 6 days/week (1 rotational off)
- Post-Promotion: 10:00 AM – 8:00 PM | 5 days/week (2 rotational offs)
Eligibility Criteria & Key Skills
- Strong verbal communication skills in English (knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus).
- Good sales, persuasion, and customer handling skills.
- Ability to handle high daily call volumes professionally.
- Open to all qualifications (Diploma, UG, PG). Candidates with active backlogs can also apply!
