Job Responsibilities
As a Product Support Engineer at Wingify, you will act as the technical bridge between enterprise clients and internal Development, QA, and Product Management teams:
- Serve as the primary technical point of contact for assigned customers via chat, email, and calls.
- Research, diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve complex issues related to the VWO B2B SaaS platform.
- Analyze web logs, code snippets, and customer configurations to identify root causes.
- Log software defects in bug-tracking systems and collaborate closely with developers to ensure timely resolutions.
- Provide proactive follow-ups, workarounds, and step-by-step action plans to customers.
- Create internal/external knowledge base articles, whitepapers, and documentation.
- Provide customer feedback and feature requests to the Product Management team to help shape the product roadmap.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Skills
Mandatory Technical Skills:
- Strong hands-on understanding of web applications, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and jQuery.
- Ability to analyze browser/server logs to debug and isolate issues.
Professional Competencies:
- Experience: Minimum 2+ years of experience in supporting enterprise/B2B SaaS customers.
- Communication: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills.
- Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and troubleshooting mindset with high attention to detail.
- Organization: Ability to multitask and manage priorities when dealing with multiple high-priority client accounts.
