As an HR Analyst at Cactus Communications, you will serve as the primary custodian of HR data. Reporting to the Director of HR Operations & Administration, you will transform raw data into actionable dashboards and strategic insights that influence company-wide decisions.
Data Gathering & Cleaning: Extract, combine, and clean datasets from various internal systems and databases using MS Excel to remove errors, duplicates, and missing values.
Advanced Analysis: Utilize Excel features—including Pivot Tables, Data Validation, Macros, and Formulas—to analyze key HR metrics.
Report & Dashboard Creation: Prepare headcount, attrition, workforce cost, hiring metrics, and ad-hoc reports from scratch.
Stakeholder Collaboration: Work alongside senior leadership to translate complex data into clear strategic recommendations.
🎓 Eligibility Criteria & Prerequisites
Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. Degrees in Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics are highly preferred.
Experience: Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in generating reports from scratch and performing HR data analytics.
Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel (Pivots, Formulas, Automation, Macros).
