Key Responsibilities

• Identify business opportunities by contacting potential prospects and real estate clients.
• Perform outbound calling on leads generated through internal data sources and secondary marketing activities.
• Conduct daily follow-ups on old leads while managing new incoming leads.
• Recommend tailored real estate solutions to customers to close sales deals and drive revenue.
• Maintain top customer service standards adhering to corporate quality metrics.

Candidate Requirements & Eligibility

• Educational Background: Open to 10th pass, 12th pass, Diploma holders, Graduates, and Post Graduates.
• Experience: Freshers (0 years) to 3 years of relevant experience.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong decision-making abilities.
• Languages Required (Any one combination):
  • English + Hindi + Kannada
  • English + Hindi + Telugu
  • English + Kannada + Tamil
• Tech Skills: Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word).
• Work Shift: Flexible for a 9-hour day shift logged between 8:00 AM and 10:00 PM.
