Key Responsibilities
As a ServiceNow Developer at Akamai, you will play a key role in customizing and scaling the enterprise ServiceNow platform. Your day-to-day duties will involve:
ITSM Process Implementation: Configuring and enhancing core IT Service Management modules including Incident, Change, Problem, Asset Management, and Service Catalog workflows.
Platform Customization: Building and maintaining ServiceNow Business Rules, UI Policies, Client Scripts, Workflows, and Flow Designers aligned with business needs.
Integrations & API Development: Writing scripts and creating custom APIs/integrations to connect ServiceNow seamlessly with third-party tools and internal software ecosystems.
Process Automation: Working alongside process owners and key stakeholders to identify manual workflows and automate them using native ServiceNow features.
Requirement Translation: Collaborating directly with business teams to analyze technical requirements and transform them into efficient, scalable platform solutions.
