Key Responsibilities
As an Operations Staff member at Blue Dart, your daily duties will include:
Shipment Handling: Receiving, segregating, sorting, and processing inbound and outbound shipments accurately.
Scanning & Labelling: Performing shipment scanning, tagging, bagging, and labelling using barcode scanners and handheld mobile devices.
Loading & Unloading: Supporting safe loading and unloading of shipments from transport vehicles.
Data Entry & Documentation: Basic data entry, verifying shipment manifests, and maintaining accurate operational records.
Compliance & Safety: Following safety procedures, handling customer shipments carefully, and using personal protective equipment (PPE).
Eligibility Criteria & Key Requirements
Educational Qualification: 10th Pass or above.
Age Limit: Minimum 18 years old.
Physical Fitness: Physically fit to perform operational tasks involving standing, walking, and lifting shipments throughout the shift.
Shift Availability: Willingness to work across rotational shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Skills: Basic understanding of English (to read labels and safety guidelines), basic computer literacy, and handheld scanner operation.
