Key Responsibilities
As a Process Associate in the Voice Process team at HCLTech, your primary duties will include:
Customer Interaction: Respond promptly and effectively to customer queries via phone, email, or chat channels.
Data Management: Accurately enter, update, and manage customer records across internal databases.
Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot customer issues, provide actionable solutions, and escalate complex cases to senior teams as needed.
Service Quality: Adhere to established quality guidelines and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
Eligibility Criteria & Key Requirements
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Arts & Science (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., BBA, BCA, etc.).
Batch Eligibility: 2024, 2025, and 2026 batch freshers.
Ineligible Degrees: B.E, B.Tech, IT, and MCA graduates are not eligible to apply.
Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Location Preference: Willingness to work on-site at the Sholinganallur / Navalur locations in Chennai.
