Detailed Eligibility Criteria
To participate in the selection process, candidates must satisfy all the following academic and technical criteria:
1. Educational Qualification
- Permitted Streams: Strictly limited to Arts & Science streams including:
- Bachelor of Arts (B.A. – Any Specialization)
- Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com – Any Specialization)
- Bachelor of Science (B.Sc – Any Specialization)
- Bachelor of Computer Applications (B.C.A.)
- Bachelor of Business Administration / Management (B.B.A. / B.M.S.)
- Ineligible Qualifications: Candidates holding Engineering degrees (B.E. / B.Tech), Postgraduate degrees, or Diploma qualifications are strictly not eligible.
- Education Pattern: Mandatory 10+2+3 structure (a minimum of 15 years of continuous formal education).
2. Year of Passing
- Open exclusively to 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches.
- Note for 2026 Batch: Candidates graduating in 2026 must have their final results/marksheets declared and available at the time of the interview.
3. Operational Requirements
- Candidate must have good written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Candidate must possess basic computer navigation skills and adequate keyboard typing speed.
- Candidates must be fully willing to work in rotational night shifts.
Key Roles & Job Responsibilities
As a Trainee Process Consultant in the International Non-Voice division, your daily responsibilities will include:
- Healthcare Claims Processing: Adhering strictly to established client guidelines and standard operational procedures (SOPs) to evaluate and process healthcare claims.
- Service Level Agreements (SLAs): Consistently meeting operational productivity targets, turnaround times, and client delivery standards.
- Quality & Compliance: Maintaining compliance with quality assurance metrics, data privacy standards, and internal audit requirements.
- System Operations: Utilizing internal software tools and claims platforms to update client records accurately.
