Eligibility Criteria

• Age Limit (as on 31.07.2026): Maximum 30 years (Born on or after 01.08.1996).
  • Relaxation: 5 years for SC/ST candidates (Upper age limit up to 35 years).
• Educational Qualification: Graduation in any stream from a recognized university.
• Work Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in Banks/NBFCs in retail assets or liability products.
• Ineligibility: Candidates who previously attended the GD/Personal Interview for the Junior Officer role and were not selected in the final list are not eligible to apply.

Salary Structure & Compensation

Total CTC at the time of joining is ₹7.85 Lakhs per annum:

• Fixed CTC: ₹4.49 Lakhs (includes NPS contribution)
• Variable Pay: Up to ₹2.88 Lakhs (performance-based)
• Health Insurance Premium: ₹0.48 Lakhs (Coverage up to ₹5.25 Lakhs)
• Special Region Allowance (after 3 months of active service):
  • Delhi, Mumbai & Pune Regions: ₹10,000 / month
  • Ahmedabad Region: ₹5,000 / month
