Eligibility Criteria

Education: Open to 12th Pass, Diploma, or non-technical Graduates.
Experience: 0 to 5 years (Freshers and Experienced both welcome).
Language Requirements: Excellent spoken English and strong customer-handling skills for UK clients.
Ineligible Candidates: B.E., B.Tech, B.Sc, and Post-Graduate (PG) freshers are strictly NOT eligible.
Re-interview Policy: Candidates who attended an interview with Firstsource within the last 30 days are not eligible.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls with UK-based customers.
Identify customer needs and deliver professional, accurate solutions over the phone.
Log all call details and maintain accurate customer interaction records in system databases.
