Role & Primary Responsibilities
At SBI Card, the Video KYC process is a critical touchpoint for onboarding credit card applicants seamlessly while strictly adhering to regulatory standards. As a VKYC Support Associate, you will interact directly with customers via video call to complete identity verifications.
- Video KYC Execution: Conduct live video verification calls with potential and existing credit card customers following defined Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Document Verification: Check and verify Officially Valid Documents (OVDs) such as Aadhaar, PAN card, Passport, or Voter ID in compliance with RBI guidelines.
- Data Management & Excel Tracking: Accurately update decisioning files, system records, and track daily case inventories using MS Excel.
- Turnaround Time (TAT) Adherence: Manage case queues effectively to meet productivity, accuracy, and process TAT targets.
- Process Improvement: Identify workflow gaps, analyze customer concerns (Root Cause Analysis), and suggest automation or quality enhancements.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
- Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in any discipline (B.Com, B.Sc, B.A, BBA, B.E, B.Tech, etc.).
- Technical Skills: Basic working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and operational database systems.
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of basic KYC regulatory compliance frameworks is preferred.
