1. Zonal Head (Retail)

• Qualification: Graduation degree from a recognized University. (Preferred: MBA in Banking/Finance/Marketing with 60% marks and CFP/CFA/NISM certifications).
• Experience: Minimum 15 years of experience in Wealth Management, Retail Banking, or Asset Management Companies (AMCs), including leading large teams.

2. Regional Head (RH)

• Experience: Minimum 12 years of relationship management experience, primarily in Wealth Management.
