2. Key Responsibilities & Role Purpose
As part of the Corporate Banking / Wholesale Banking team, you will support financial institutions in executing core banking functions and trade finance operations while managing operational risk and maintaining high service delivery standards.
Core Operational Tasks:
Core Banking Operations: Process primary banking functions including account management, interest calculations, cash deposits, withdrawals, and customer data management using core banking software platforms.
Trade Finance Processing: Facilitate and execute trade finance transactions for commercial and corporate clients while adhering to banking risk guidelines.
Problem Solving & Daily Workflow: Resolve routine operational issues using standard operating procedures (SOPs) and established banking guidelines under direct supervisory guidance.
Team Collaboration: Function as an individual contributor, interacting closely with team members and direct supervisors to ensure SLA compliance and transaction accuracy.
3. Candidate Qualification Profile
Educational & Background Requirements:
Degree: Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com) or Master of Business Administration (MBA).
Primary Skill: Core Banking – P2 level expertise.
Experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in banking operations (candidates with 3 to 5 years of commercial banking experience are highly preferred).
Shift & Operational Readiness:
Night / Rotational Shifts: Willingness to work in night shifts and rotational shift patterns as required by corporate banking clients across global time zones.
