Role Overview & Key Responsibilities
As a System and Application Services Associate at Accenture, you will work in dynamic environments supporting enterprise technology systems and client solutions. Key operational streams include:
- Infrastructure Managed Services: Monitor, maintain, and manage on-premises and cloud infrastructure operations while adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Application & Cloud Support: Perform technical troubleshooting, diagnostic checks, and routine maintenance for cloud-based enterprise applications.
- Project Control Services (PMO): Track deliverables, assist program management offices (PMO), manage cross-functional stakeholders, and streamline technology delivery.
- Low-Code / No-Code Development: Build and configure business applications using visual interfaces, drag-and-drop workflow tools, form builders, and pre-built templates.
- Quality Engineering & Testing: Design test cases, execute manual/usability test scenarios, document defects, and collaborate with software developers to optimize software quality.

Educational Qualifications
- Eligible Degrees: Non-engineering Graduates and Postgraduates only (e.g., B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.Com, B.A., M.Sc. non-CS/IT).
- Ineligible Streams: Candidates with B.E., B.Tech, M.E., M.Tech, MCA, or M.Sc. (in CS, IT, Computer Applications, or Data Science) are not eligible for this specific role.

Academic Performance & Gaps
- Backlog Policy: Zero active backlogs are permitted at the time of application or onboarding.
- Course Duration: The degree must be completed within the standard stipulated timeframe (e.g., 3 years for BBA/B.Sc/B.Com, 2 years for M.Sc/M.Com). Academic gaps during the course are not allowed.
