• Inter-Department Coordination: Coordinate with the TNWEC internal team, Tamil Nadu Forest Department officials, field staff, and agents to resolve queries.
• Data & Confidentiality: Maintain high accuracy and confidentiality of sensitive customer records and booking data.

Desired Qualifications:

• Certificate or Diploma in Computer Applications (or equivalent).
• Proficiency in MS Office, data entry, and digital record management.
• Strong communication skills in Tamil and English (knowledge of additional languages is an added advantage).
