- Legal & Disbursement Operations: Collect and audit property title deeds and security documents to execute loan agreements and insurance disbursements.
- Credit & Verification Support: Conduct post-sanction appraisals, perform local field investigations and site visits for new loan applications.
- Customer Engagement & Servicing: Address balance transfer requests, handle customer queries/complaints, and execute post-closure original property document releases.
- Branch Administration: Assist branch leadership with daily operational reporting, inventory management, and onboarding/training support for new joiners.
3. Key Competencies & Qualifications
- Education: Graduate in any discipline (MBA / PGDM in Finance/Marketing is a plus).
- Domain Knowledge: Understanding of Home Loans, mortgage products, and general retail lending mechanisms.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication, relationship management, multi-tasking, and organizational skills.
- Travel Flexibility: Willingness to undertake local light travel for property verification and field visits across Coimbatore.
