Key Roles & Responsibilities
Selected candidates will serve as Customer Experience Consultants, serving global enterprise client accounts across multiple channels.
Core Duties:
- Multichannel Support: Deliver exceptional customer support by resolving queries and inquiries via voice calls, email, chat, or social media platforms.
- SLAs & Metrics: Achieve monthly Contact Center Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Customer Satisfaction (CSAT) targets, and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Data Security & NDA: Comply strictly with non-disclosure agreements (NDAs) and corporate data security policies.
- Process Improvement: Participate in scheduled coaching sessions, implement feedback, and complete mandatory e-learning/upskilling modules.
- Operational Discipline: Maintain 100% schedule adherence and attendance metrics to minimize operational shrinkage.
Qualification & Skill Requirements
- Academic Criteria:
- Full-time Undergraduate (UG) or Postgraduate (PG) degree in any discipline: B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.E./B.Tech, B.Pharm, M.A., M.Sc., M.Com., M.B.A., or M.C.A.
- 2025 batch passout candidates only.
- Essential Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal English communication.
- Strong logical reasoning, problem-solving, and typing accuracy.
- Willingness to work in flexible shifts, including rotational night shifts.
