Leading global e-learning provider Intellipaat has announced a fresh hiring drive for the position of Inside Sales Trainee (Fresher / Intern) at its corporate office in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
This full-time, on-site role is open to graduates and postgraduates across multiple disciplines who are interested in building a high-paying career in ed-tech sales, business development, and CRM management. Candidates will undergo a 6-month training/internship period with a fixed stipend of ₹25,000/month plus incentives, after which the CTC will be revised to ₹8 LPA (₹4.2 LPA Fixed + ₹3.8 LPA Variable).

Roles & Responsibilities
- Lead Qualification: Call potential learners via internal CRM platforms, evaluate their upskilling requirements, and pitch appropriate certification courses.
- Sales Target Achievement: Consistently meet or exceed monthly/quarterly revenue targets aligned with team goals.
- Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell additional technology programs to existing users and generate pipeline referrals.
- CRM Management: Maintain detailed logs of client interactions using enterprise CRM tools like Salesforce or Zoho.
- End-to-End Support: Manage pre-sales queries, program counseling, and post-sales onboarding assistance for prospective students.
Eligibility & Preferred Skills
- Educational Qualification: Any Bachelor’s or Master’s degree (Note: B.A. and M.A. graduates are not eligible as per company guidelines).
- Communication Skills: Excellent spoken and written English skills with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
- Work Ethic: Self-motivated, goal-oriented, fast learner capable of working under performance metrics.
- Location & Work Mode: Strictly On-Site (Work from Office) at Bannerghatta Road, Bengaluru.
Compensation & Key Terms
- Stipend (First 6 Months): ₹25,000/month fixed stipend + performance incentives.
- Final CTC (Post 6 Months): ₹8,000,000 per annum (₹4.2 LPA Fixed + ₹3.8 LPA Variable).
- Bond/Contract Policy: No Service Bond or Agreement. Employees can leave at any time by serving the standard notice period.
- Salary Retention Policy: The first month’s stipend is retained temporarily and released alongside the 4th month’s payout as per company retention norms.
