Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve operational issues efficiently via voice/chat/email channels within the banking domain.
- Input, update, and maintain transactional data across multi-platform systems and databases accurately.
- Troubleshoot customer complaints, offer effective solutions, and escalate complex technical or banking queries to senior desks when needed.
- Ensure adherence to compliance guidelines, SLAs, and customer satisfaction metrics.
Eligibility & Educational Qualifications
✅ Eligible Candidates
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Science streams (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.B.A., B.C.A., etc.).
- Experience: Freshers.
- Shifts: Must be willing to work in rotational night shifts (US Shifts).

- B.E. / B.Tech
- MCA
- IT-related Engineering Degrees
