Key Responsibilities & Skill Requirements
- Query Resolution: Address and resolve customer questions during initial contact while providing a courteous, empathetic, and professional experience.
- Active Listening & Communication: Possess clear verbal and written English communication skills along with active listening capabilities.
- Multi-tasking & Adaptation: Manage customer calls while updating account records in a fast-paced environment.
- Tool Proficiency: Working knowledge of basic MS Office applications, particularly MS Excel and MS Outlook.
- Teamwork: Collaborate with team members and suggest continuous process improvement ideas.
Educational Qualification & Eligibility

- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Science streams (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.B.A., B.C.A., etc.).
- Graduation Batches: 2024, 2025, and 2026 passed-out candidates.
