Key Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Fraud Detection: Analyze large datasets to identify recurring fraud patterns across Customer Experience (CX), Delivery Executive (DE), and Restaurant (RX) ecosystems (including transactional fraud, account abuse, and collusions).
- Process Improvement: Develop end-to-end understanding of business functions to drive operational efficiency and risk controls.
- Risk Mitigation & Action Plans: Collaborate with internal stakeholders to formulate corrective action plans and preventive measures against abuse.
- Continuous Monitoring & Reporting: Monitor risk vectors continuously, handle analytics reporting, and escalate anomalies to leadership.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Engage with cross-functional teams to align on preventive measures and policy updates.
Eligibility Criteria & Required Skills
- Technical Skills: Advanced MS Excel skills; proficiency in SQL is a strong added advantage.
- Domain Experience: Prior experience in E-Commerce within Trust & Safety, Risk Management, or Fraud Investigations is preferred.
- Analytical Thinking: High critical thinking capacity, strong business acumen, and experience handling product/analytics data.
- Soft Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with proven cross-functional stakeholder management capabilities.
