Walk-In Drive Details & Venue

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions through voice, email, and chat support channels.
- Address and resolve customer inquiries professionally with timely resolutions.
- Accurately enter, manage, and update customer data across internal systems and databases.
- Troubleshoot customer complaints and escalate complex issues to senior support teams as needed.
- Maintain process quality guidelines, operational standards, and SLAs.
Eligibility Criteria & Qualifications
✅ Eligible Candidates
- Degree: Bachelor’s Degree in Arts & Science disciplines (B.A., B.Sc., B.Com., B.B.A., B.C.A., etc.).
- Graduation Batches: 2025 and 2026 pass-out freshers.
- Shift Readiness: Must be open to working in rotational night shifts (US Shift).
