Technical & Infrastructure Requirements
Since this is a fully remote role, candidates must have the following home setup ready prior to onboarding:
- Own System / Laptop / Desktop with adequate configuration.
- Stable High-Speed Internet Connection (Wi-Fi or LAN setup).
- Headset / Microphone for clear customer interactions.
- A quiet, noise-free environment for handling rotational shift customer queries.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries via voice, chat, or email channels.
- Provide timely resolution to customer queries and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Maintain data accuracy and customer record updates in internal databases/CRM systems.
- Follow operational process guidelines, quality parameters, and shift schedules strictly.
Eligibility Criteria & Desired Skills
- Education: Undergraduates (12th Pass) and Graduates from any stream.
- Experience: Freshers welcome; experienced applicants require at least 6 months in a BPO / Customer Support role.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi.
- Availability: Flexible to work in rotational shifts.
