Key Responsibilities
- Multi-Channel Resolution: Address customer queries, diagnose technical issues, and provide solutions via Phone calls, Video calls, Email, and Chat.
- Customer Empathy: Communicate clearly and empathetically with clients experiencing product or service difficulties.
- Team & Operations Coordination: Collaborate with peers and team leads to resolve escalated tickets promptly.
- Process Documentation: Log customer feedback and interaction details accurately across client platforms.
