1. Educational Qualifications
- Mandatory Requirement: Class X (10th) Pass PLUS National Trade Certificate (NTC / ITI) PLUS National Apprenticeship Certificate (NAC) in the respective trade.

- General / OBC / EWS: Minimum 60% aggregate marks in both NTC/ITI and NAC.
