Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify, qualify, and convert potential business leads via cold calling, client outreach, networking, and referrals.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Management: Build and sustain strong ongoing business relationships with prospective clients and regional advertisers.
- Deal Closing & Target Delivery: Pitch ShareChat ecosystem solutions, negotiate terms, and close sales deals to consistently achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
- Domain Alignment: Leverage deep understanding of regional social media trends—specifically focusing on Astrology & Devotional content monetization categories.
- Issue Resolution & SLA Maintenance: Resolve client complaints and queries promptly with high professional standards.
Eligibility Criteria & Desired Skills
- Language Capability: Excellent spoken fluency in Tamil and professional communication skills in English.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any equivalent discipline.
- Domain Awareness: Sound understanding of ShareChat app ecosystem, regional social media platforms, and user behavior in Tamil Nadu.
- Sales Orientation: High self-drive, disciplined daily task execution, and comfort with cold-calling and performance-driven metrics.
