✅ Who CAN Apply:

Key Responsibilities
- Handle outbound and inbound calls to insurance companies, providers, and clients in an international voice process environment.
- Follow up on pending Accounts Receivable (AR) claims to resolve payment discrepancies and secure claim reimbursements.
- Log, update, and manage customer interactions, queries, and claim status in internal software systems with high accuracy.
- Utilize basic MS Office applications (Excel and Outlook) for shift reporting and ticket tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams to maintain process SLAs, quality parameters, and customer satisfaction.
